Hello, I'm Phil Bellamy
Independently practicing Law in the Lower Rio Grande Valley.
I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1986. I then continued my education at St. Mary's University School of Law where I obtained my Juris Doctors in 1993. In 1994, I opened my private practice in Brownsville, Texas. I am licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. I have Courts of Admittance in the US Supreme Court and Texas Southern District/Bankruptcy Court.
